1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Best Innovative Minds ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Best Innovative Minds provides transport services (truck and minibus hire), cleaning services, and general supply solutions. Specific terms apply to each service category:

• Transport Services: Vehicle hire terms, driver requirements, and rental periods will be specified in individual agreements.
• Cleaning Services: Scope of work, scheduling, and specific cleaning requirements will be outlined in service contracts.
• General Supplies: Product availability, delivery terms, and pricing will be confirmed at time of order.

3. Booking and Payment

• All service bookings require confirmation from our team.
• Payment terms vary by service type and will be specified in your quote or invoice.
• Deposits may be required for certain services.
• Late payments may result in service suspension and/or late fees.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Transport service cancellations require at least 24 hours notice for full refund of deposits.
• Cleaning service cancellations require 48 hours notice for rescheduling without penalty.
• Supply orders may be cancelled before dispatch; cancellation fees may apply.
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approved cancellation.

5. Liability and Insurance

• Clients are responsible for their personal property during any service delivery.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
• We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information for service delivery.
• Ensure safe access to premises for cleaning or delivery services.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Pay for services as agreed in the service contract.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify clients of significant changes via email or website notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Botswana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Botswana.
